Vendor Information

All venodrs for the MAAHF Festival must complete a MAAHF registration form and contract below. 

Payment must be mailed via Money Order to:  MAAHF, PO Box 1765, Montclair, NJ 07042


Township Permits Fees will be paid directly to the Town of Montclair 

Clerk’s Office/Health Dept/Fire Department 

Permits should be paid no later than May 15th, 2023

“Merchant Vendors” will need Application for Peddling License”

“Food Vendors” will need Applications for Peddling License, Fire Safety (for those using Propane) & Temporary Food Permits. 

“Food Truck “Only”  will need Application for Peddling License Kitchen Hood & Suppression Permit
